PPSOE Conducts Capacity Building Training for Medical Doctors on Parkinson’s Disease
The Parkinson Patients Support Organization Ethiopia (PPSOE), in collaboration with the Amhara Regional Health Bureau and Felege Hiwot Referral Hospital, organized a two-day capacity building training on Parkinson’s disease for medical doctors on November 1–2, 2025, in Bahir Dar.
A total of 30 medical doctors participated in the training, which focused on improving clinical knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, management, and care of patients with Parkinson’s disease.
This training is part of PPSOE’s key capacity building initiatives aimed at strengthening the healthcare system’s response to Parkinson’s disease and enhancing the quality of care provided to patients across Ethiopia.
