Women’s Empowerment in Action at PPSOE

The Parkinson’s Patients Support Organization Ethiopia (PPSOE) continues to strengthen its efforts to promote women’s economic empowerment. The training for the third round of participants has been successfully completed, focusing on key areas such as women’s economic empowerment, saving, economic sustainability, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and addressing challenges with practical solutions.

The program is designed to support women facing various social and economic challenges. Participants from the first and second rounds have already started their own small businesses and are supporting themselves and their families through income generation and savings.

This initiative is part of PPSOE’s broader mission, extending beyond Parkinson’s disease to support women and other vulnerable populations.

#የፓፔሰኦኢ_ሴቶችን_የማብቃት_ስራ_ተጠናክሮ_ቀጥሏል።

ፓርኪንሰን ፔሸንትስ ሰፖርት ኦርጋናይዜሽን ኢትዮጵያ የሴቶችን ኢኮኖሚያዊ አቅም ለማሳደግ ጥረቱን አጠናክሯል። ለሶስተኛ ዙር ሰልጣኞች ሲሰጥ የነበረው ስልጠና የተጠናቀቀ ሲሆን የስልጠናውም ዋነኛ ትኩረት የሴቶችን ኢኮኖሚያዊ አቅም ማጎልበት፣ቁጠባ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊ ዘላቂነት፣ ስራ ፈጠራ፣ ትብብር እና በስራ ሂደት ውስጥ ያሉ ተግዳሮቶችን እና መፍትሄዎችን በመሳሰሉ ቁልፍ ዘርፎች ላይ ነበር። ይህ ፕሮግራም በተለያዩ ማህበራዊ እና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ችግሮች ውስጥ ያሉ ሴቶችን ለመደገፍ ታስቦ የተዘጋጀ ነው።

የመጀመሪያውና ሁለተኛ ዙር ሰልጣኞች አነስተኛ የንግድ ሥራ የጀመሩ ሲሆን የቁጠባ ሂሳቦች በመክፈት ራሳቸውንና ቤተሰቦቻቸውን በመደገፍ ላይ ይገኛሉ።

ይህ ፕሮግራም ፓፔሰኦኢ ፓርኪንሰን በሽታ ላይ ከሚሰራው ሰፊ ስራ ባሻገር ሴቶችናና የተለያዩ ተጋላጭ የሆኑ ወገኖቻችንን የሚደግፍበት ስራ አካል ነው።
